I'm pretty sure it's Genderbent Warwick. The bra thing she has contains the same type of style Warwick has on his chest, as well as the waist belt thing, also the hair is the same color of blue that Warwick has for fur, and finally, the dog collar is the same as Warwick, case and point, im about 90% sure that the girl with the blue wig is none other than WARWICK! So "Kitty Cat Warwick" (genderbent)
